Agreement between Officelist, LLC and Referral Sources and Real Estate Brokers.

Officelist.com is property of Officelist, LLC.

This Agreement will rule the relationship between Officelist.com [us, Officelist, we] and you [Real Estate Broker, Broker, referral source].

We encourage you to refer leads to us and let us know of anyone who you think might benefit from our online office search tool. We value the relationship we can both enjoy and want to reward your efforts. We are committed to providing highly targeted leads to our Business Center/Executive Office Suites [BC] members and you are an important part of our lead generation strategy.

To become an Official Referral Source for Officelist.com you need to register through the website. Once you register, a code will be automatically generated that will be associated to you and all users referred by you. This code is a temporary authorization to refer clients to Officelist.com. We will send you a confirmation email once we review the information you submitted which will confirm your code as valid. We will follow-up on your registration to make sure you are legitimately referring potential clients and not registering your self or company to find space. Users that are looking for office space are not eligible to get a referral fee for themselves. This means you cannot refer yourself or your business unless you have already been an approved Official Referral Source for Officelist.com for at least three (3) months. Once you register, we will confirm your status within forty-eight (48) hours.

When referring a client, make sure they fill in the referral field with your code in order to be eligible for a reward. You will have up to twenty-four (24) hours after a user registers without a code to let us know you have referred him/her to the site.

Searching for office space is free for users. They register and have full access to all center and contact information. We charge a small fee to Business Centers once and if they sign an agreement with a lead referred by us.

By referring a user to our site, you will be entitled to 5% of the value of the space rental for up to twelve (12) months after discounts or any rebates. For example: If a company takes up space in an office in Manhattan and has a monthly rental fee of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) before additional business services, you would be entitled to One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for every month your referred user stays at the original location up to a twelve (12) month period. If the user signs a fixed term agreement up to twelve (12) months, you will receive the total referral fee once the funds received from the BC have cleared. If the user signs a “month-to-month” agreement, we will pay you 5% of the monthly rent for space on a monthly basis for as long as the user remains a paying customer in the location for up to twelve (12) months.

Business Centers should be paying our referral fees no later than thirty (30) days after signed agreement is received from user. Your check will be mailed shortly after this, no later than thirty (30) days after payment from the BC is received.

This agreement is supplemental to the Terms and Conditions that rule all Officelist.com users and will overrule any discrepancies or conflicts between them.
