The common areas in our handsome 2-story building were recently renovated with granite countertops and bird’s-eye maple paneling. An elegant foyer adjoins a glass-enclosed conference room and a huge boardroom -- totaling over 700 sq. ft. of prestigious meeting space. On the second floor, a dozen skylights illuminate common areas, floor-to-ceiling windows grace the east-facing side, and open-air walkways ring the central courtyard. Our professionally trained staff stands ready to assist tenants in virtually any task that will help grow their businesses. The staff greets visitors, answers phones and pre-screens callers, takes messages, receives and forwards mail, prepares and meters packages for FedEx and UPS shipping, handles catering logistics, and prepares mass mailings.
